Roughly speaking, these are two separate units - a refrigerator and a freezer, placed one on top of the other. One of the advantages of such a system is that if, for example, a compressor in your freezer breaks down, the medium-temperature cooling chamber will continue to work as if nothing had happened.

Although manufacturers of refrigerators "without frost" promise that they will not have to be defrosted, you should not trust them. Defrosting the refrigerator completely at least once or twice a year is a must. And it's not about the freezing of frost or ice. You really won't see them. Cleaning should be done for hygiene reasons. The fact is that you will not be able to thoroughly wash and destroy various bacteria and microbes in it without disconnecting the refrigerator from the network.

For those who have never washed a refrigerator in their life, we offer a small instruction on how to do it correctly:

Set the temperature regulator to the lowest (zero) position and disconnect from the mains.
Take out all food and wait until the temperature inside the chamber is equal to room temperature.
Remove all shelves and drawers and rinse them under running warm (not hot!) Water.
Wipe dry with a microfiber cloth or other lint-free cloth.
Dissolve a certain amount of baking soda in warm water (1 level tablespoon per liter of water).
