Functionality

iLife A4s

The robot efficiently picks up dry debris from any smooth surface and even low-pile carpets. He is able to perform such work, thanks to a turbo brush with spiral-shaped bristles and high suction power. Garbage goes to the dust collector, where it is subjected to triple filtration. At first, large dust particles are retained by the coarse mesh filter, the smaller ones reach the foam barrier and the fine filter completes its work, completely blocking the debris exit. The vacuum cleaner works in the following modes:

  1. Auto. The device moves across the entire area of the room, avoiding obstacles. It works until the battery is discharged, after which it follows to the base.
  2. Local. The device should be installed on a heavily polluted area with an area of no more than a square meter. He begins cleaning in a spiral motion.
  3. Along the perimeter. The device collects dust only in corners and near walls.
  4. Turbo mode. Cleaning at maximum suction power. Designed for cleaning carpets or to reduce working time.
  5. Mini room. Designed for cleaning just one room or a small room.

The device is controlled by a remote control and a mechanical button on the body. The precise movement of the vacuum cleaner is provided by infrared sensors that detect obstacles and changes in height. The robot is equipped with LED indication and sound signals. It is possible to set the cleaning day and a convenient time with automatic switching on of the vacuum cleaner at a specified moment.

Advantages and disadvantages

iLife A4s

iLife A4s has several advantages:

  • modern design;
  • compact size;
  • optimal number of work programs;
  • effective cleaning of various floor coverings with the removal of hair and animal hair;
  • powerful suction power with the ability to increase it;
  • planning the day and time of cleaning;
  • automatic return to base.

Disadvantages:

  • no virtual wall;
  • high noise level during turbo mode;
  • somewhat chaotic movement in auto-mode;
  • it is required to prepare the floor for work by removing unnecessary items.

The cost of the device is 11 thousand rubles, which is quite democratic for the declared functionality. The expected lack of navigation systems, the ability to build a room map or control from a smartphone do not spoil the impression of the robot at all due to the sufficiently high-quality cleaning.
