How to clean the drain filter

The filter element can be removed without problems, by turning it counterclockwise or removed after unscrewing the locking screws - it all depends on the model of the machine. Before starting the manipulations, prepare a special dish to drain the water remaining in the system. Place it under the hatch.
Gently remove the filter, wait for the water to drain, and carefully clean the socket from the accumulated debris. Use a stiff brush and running water to clean the filter element itself. Return it to its place after completely removing the dirt, screwing it clockwise until it stops. Do this carefully so that the part does not twist or dangle. Filter dismantling problems

How to clean the inlet filter
Not all washing machine models are equipped with an inlet filter, the role of which is to purify the incoming water from large dirt inclusions.It usually looks like a small mesh cylinder, which, while fulfilling its functions, becomes dirty and if it is not cleaned, then water will be poorly supplied or will stop altogether.
In the washing machine, according to the logic, the inlet filter is located near the inlet hose. Before cleaning it, disconnect the machine from the central water supply, unscrew the hose and use pliers to remove the necessary part. Do not make sudden movements, do not jerk, slowly twist in different directions, then pull towards you. Use a toothbrush to thoroughly clean the part. Remnants of rust and sand are well removed under a strong pressure of water. If the mesh is heavily soiled and cannot be cleaned, you can purchase a new one from the home appliance spare parts department.
Install a well-cleaned or new part in the intake port. To make it sit tightly in its place, gently press it down with a screwdriver. Then connect the machine to the water supply and check the quality of the connection.
