Each manufacturer is trying to improve their models of robotic vacuum cleaners or create completely new ones so that the product continues to be in demand. Kitfort introduces one such device - the KT-516. This little cleaner has an attractive appearance, a sufficient feature set, impressive technical characteristics and a very reasonable price. In the presented review, we will consider the features and capabilities of the Kitfort KT-516 vacuum cleaner.

Appearance

The body of the device is made in black. Its weight is relatively small, only 3.15 kg. The dimensions of the robot are 350x350x100 mm. With its external data, the vacuum cleaner fits well into any room. In the upper part you can see the control panel, the button that turns on the device, the electronic display, and the lid of the dust collection container.

On the side panel, there is a soft bumper that protects furniture and the case from accidental scratches, a place for connecting the power adapter and charging directly from the mains. The on / off button is also located here. On the bottom there are:

Auto. The vacuum cleaner sets the cleaning procedure itself, using the information received from the sensors. At this stage, he can move in different ways: straight, along the furniture, writing out a zigzag or a spiral, and also without any system (chaotically).
"Spot". Provides local / local cleaning. The appliance uses a stronger suction power, applying it to a confined, dirty area up to one square meter, moving in a spiral.
Along the walls. Kitfort moves along the skirting boards, circling the perimeter of the room.
"Zigzag". The robot, while cleaning, travels like a snake throughout the room.

The vacuum cleaner is helped to navigate and move by IR sensors that detect changes in height, the presence of obstacles in the way and do not allow to fall when moving from an elevation to a lower surface. The space to be removed can be fenced off with a virtual wall, which he perceives as a limiter.
