Tank filler pipe leaking
It is likely that the reason why water began to flow from the water supply hose is the weakening of the attachment of the nozzle to the tank of the machine. To find out if this is so, a thorough examination of the tank is required. If you see traces of water leaks, then the problem has been found.
For repairing or replacing the inlet hose of the washing machine you need to remove the pipe, then clean all areas of the joints from the remaining glue and dry them. Then you can re-fix the branch pipe, for fixing which you need epoxy resin or high-quality moisture-resistant glue.
Washing machine tank leak
